Mumbai Pav Bhaji Masala

Step 1
Step 1- In 1 tbsp of oil, sauté ½ tbsp of ginger and chilli paste. Add 1 medium finely chopped onion.
Step 2
Step 2- Cook these till the oil separates and add 2 chopped tomatoes with 1 tbsp of The Flavour Trail’s Mumbai Pav Bhaji Masala, 1 tbsp of Kashmiri chilli powder and salt. Cook for a few minutes. 
Step 3
Step 3- Add 250g boiled vegetables of your choice like potatoes, green peas, cauliflower and capsicum. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and mix well.
Step 4
Step 4- Add a blob of butter and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve with hot buttered pav, chopped raw onions and some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
