Tandoori Chicken Masala

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1- In a large bowl, whisk together 250g yoghurt, freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon, 2 tbsp ginger, garlic, and chilli paste with 1½ tbsp of The Flavour Trail’s Tandoori Masala and 1½ tbsp of Kashmiri chilli powder.

Step 2- Add 1kg chicken and toss until fully coated. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 3 - 4 hours. 

Step 3- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the chicken and let it cook. Keep regulating the heat and flip the chicken as required.

Step 4- Serve hot tandoori chicken with onions and lemon slices.
