Achari Gosht Masala

Step 1 Step 1- In a large bowl add 300g of hung curd, ½ tbsp of chilli powder, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste. Mix well. 
Step 2 Step 2- Place 1 kg mutton chunks in the curd mixture and marinate it for at least 1 hour. 
Step 3 Step 3- In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and add the marinated mutton. Cook it well till the curd loses its moisture. After adding 2 tbsp of The Flavour Trail’s Achari Gosht Masala, sauté for some more time.
Step 4 Step 4- Once cooked, serve the Achari Gosht with Naan.
