Fiery Peri Peri Masala

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1- For the paste, add 2 ½ tbsp of The Flavour Trail’s Fiery Peri Peri Masala, 1 tbsp of mixed herbs, juice from lemon, crushed garlic, salt and 1 tbsp oil.

Step 2- Take 750g of appropriately cut paneer and put it in the paste. Gently rub it and then marinate it for half an hour. 

Step 3- Sauté 1 chopped onion, add the marinated paneer and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to the platter to serve it hot.
