We send all orders via reputed courier partners. You can log on to the theflavourtrail.com and check the details of the shipment and courier partner. Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

Coupon Code:

Coupon codes are valid until deactivated by The Flavour Trail. One coupon code per email id only. Valid for Indian consumers only. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling or tax. Offer subject to change or expiration at any time at sole discretion of The Flavour Trail.

GENERAL:

We will fulfil your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason, you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges. We do not accept product exchanges. For all orders, please provide your complete street address with pin code and nearest landmark. We use several different shipping carriers depending on type of shipment and geographic location.

Shipping fee is applicable on all orders of any value delivered to any destination within India.

In case of refund due to return of products for any reason the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

All orders valued below Rs. 500 will be charged a shipping cost of Rs. 50 per order. Shipping charges for orders above Rs. 500 will be free*

How do I pay for a purchase?

The Flavour Trail offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking and Wallet to make your purchase, we also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on The Flavour Trail. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the Shipping policy.

Credit cards: We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards: We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
