Royal Garam Masala

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1- Heat the oil. Add cumin seeds and stir till they turn golden brown. Then add ginger- garlic paste and cook until it turns brown. Then add 2 large potatoes with cauliflower cut into florets.

Step 2- Season with turmeric, chilli powder and cumin powder. Add ½ tbsp of The Flavour Trail’s Royal Garam Masala and salt. 

Step 3- Cover the pan and continue cooking for about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4- Garnish it with coriander leaves and some kasuri methi and serve hot with roti.
