Through this program, we work closely with farmers who follow responsible and regenerative practices Agricultural Practices, ensuring that the spices you use are grown with respect for nature and sourced with complete transparency.
We’re proud to share that our journey has set benchmarks in the industry, with our parent legacy being among the first in India to achieve Rainforest Alliance Certification (a globally recognized certification for ethical, sustainable, and environmentally responsible sourcing) for spices; an assurance that what reaches you is ethically and sustainably sourced

Soil Re-encrichment
Soil isn’t just where crops grow—it’s a living system that needs care to truly thrive. Through our Samriddhi Initiative, we focus on restoring soil health with a more thoughtful, regenerative approach.
At the heart of this lies Gau Vardhan—an initiative built on a simple idea: let nature restore itself. By creating dedicated cattle shelters and vermicompost units, we turn natural manure into nutrient-rich compost that nourishes the soil without relying on chemicals.
This not only improves soil structure, moisture retention, and long-term fertility, but also makes sustainable inputs more accessible to farmers—reducing costs while strengthening independence.
We continue to support farmers with practical techniques, from crop rotation to natural soil enrichment, ensuring that every step contributes to healthier land and more resilient harvests.
Because when the soil is cared for, everything above it thrives.
Water Conservation
Through our Jal for Kal Initiative, we’re making water use smarter and more thoughtful across our farms. By shifting to drip and sprinkler irrigation, we’ve significantly reduced water waste while improving efficiency.
We’ve also helped farmers create rainwater harvesting ponds so crops have a reliable water source even during dry spells with less dependence on groundwater.
Beyond infrastructure, we work closely with farming communities to build better habits around water use-because real change comes from both practice and mindset.

A breath of life
Farming today is shaped by real challenges – changing weather, unpredictable rainfall, and increasing pressure on the land. Through AAIRA, we’re working to restore balance where it matters most.
Core Principle – Planting 10,000 trees by 2030, each one carefully chosen to restore soil, reduce erosion, and capture carbon. These are not random plantations, but thoughtfully selected native species that belong to the land they grow in.
Beyond this, we promote chemical-free pest management through solar light traps, support farmers in reducing synthetic pesticide use, and help protect natural farm ecosystems – from field edges to surrounding vegetation.
Because when nature is in balance, everything else follows – healthier soil, stronger crops, and better flavour in every harvest.
