Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any orders.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly offer an exchange.

Eligible Cases for Exchange

  • The package was tampered with during transit

Reporting an Issue

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the product
  • Clear images of the outer packaging

Exchange Process

Once our team verifies the issue:

  • A replacement product will be dispatched
  • Exchange timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location

Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to offer exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
